In honor of Equity Loans' fifth year in the mortgage lending business, the Equity Five Star Award was established to recognize an employee who exemplifies the principles on which the company was founded, such as quality, honesty and integrity. The recipient is an individual who has played a pivotal role in Equity Loans' growth and continually strengthens relationships within departments, among investors and with other industry professionals.

With 30 years of expertise in the mortgage industry, Abrahamson has served in various management positions, primarily with top 10 mortgage companies in Atlanta, including Sun America Mortgage, Pine State Mortgage, Market Street Mortgage and Colonial Mortgage.
