The Lions have edged ahead of Blackburn Rovers and Sheffield United in the race to sign the 23-year-old and are finalising terms with the Foxes. NewsAtDen revealed Waghorn was on the radar of manager Steve Lomas back in July. The ex-England U21 international saw a permanent move to Wolves collapse on the final day of the August transfer window but will leave the King Power Stadium on a temporary basis.
