New Zealand Home Loans has secured a second win at the Deloitte Fast 50 Awards, winning for a second year in a row the mature category - the first time in the awards history this has happened.
The Fastest Growing Mature Business award is given to the business with the highest percentage increase in revenue who have had registered New Zealand business operations for over 15 years.
"Growing your business year on year is tougher than ever," admits New Zealand Home Loans CEO Mark Collins. "This award is therefore a very important marker of the strength of our business, our people and the brand loyalty we've developed over the years. We're growing our business while retaining the satisfied customer base we've built up."
On top of this award New Zealand Home Loans also received from Deloittes the 2013 Fastest Growing Services Business Award for the Central North Island.
"Our business is growing through recommendations," says Collins. "In fact, 75% of our growth in the last year was through this word-of-mouth recommendations by happy customers. We're extremely proud of that achievement and pride ourselves on reducing our customer's debt quickly."
New Zealand Home Loans has a Net Promoter Score of 47% which is an industry leading result and is based on whether the client would recommend your business to someone else.
The franchise company, which is headquartered in Hamilton, was declared the Fastest Growing Mature Business in the Central North Island and was the only home loan provider to get an award.
The wholly New Zealand owned and operated franchise company was set up in Hamilton in 1996 and now has branches throughout New Zealand. New Zealand Home Loans has a steadily growing nationwide network of 64 branches.
